EMAIL BUSH TELEGRAPH

The email Bush Telegraph allows us to instantly contact residents who have elected to be on the mailing list.
We use this form of communication to get various messages out to residents in a timely manner.
Whether it be stuff for sale, looking for a tradesman, advertising a local business, lost or found animals, advising details of local events or anything at all, this is your free local service and you are encouraged to use it to make contact with other residents within Forestdale.

It is with great pleasure that yet once again the reported crimes for the month of October are minimal. In fact only one crime was reported……and that is one crime too much!  
However……it brings a pleasant tear to your eye to know that an astute neighbour was instrumental in bringing the half brains to justice! While attempting to break into sheds at the back of a property in Johnson Road, a couple of thieves set off the security alarm. This scared the hell out of them and off they ran…..but not before a neighbour spotted them.   Police attended the scene and took fingerprints and from the description the neighbour gave of the clothes the scum were wearing, it is pleasing to advise that they have been caught and charged.
What would you do if you heard your neighbours louder or get off the lounge and go and investigate? Wouldn’t it be nice to think that your neighbour would come and investigate anything abnormal happening at your place? We have a fabulous Neighbourhood Watch here in Forestdale (one of the best in the state) and would love to see you come along to any of our events or monthly meetings. Details of next months meeting is in this issue.
