CAROLS IN THE PARK!!!!  Make sure you leave Friday 19th December free for our fabulous Carols In The Park  (from 7:00pm)  There will be a choir to lead you along and this year they will be singing all your favourite carols…. together with some Australian classics!  Words will be displayed on the big screen!  Gather up some friends and neighbours, bring along some nibbles and refreshments….and don’t forget the candles!!  BUT WAIT…….THERE’S MORE!!  On the night, the Neighbourhood Watch will be providing a FREE sausage sizzle……free soft drinks and free glow sticks!!!  Bring the kids……its going to be a great night  AND BEST OF ALL…….IT IS ALL FREE!!!!

AUSTRALIA  DAY  BASH!!! THIS SATURDAY NIGHT!! As a way of saying thank you to the people of Forestdale,  the Forestdale Neighbourhood Watch is again putting on the traditional FREE Australia Day bash in the park. IT'S  FREE!  We will have our own Australia Day awards...... based on the contribution people have made to our local Neighbourhood Watch  over the last 12 months! This year will have the normal fun and excitement There will be a DJ and jumping castle provided FREE  SAUSAGE  SIZZLE!!! Grab a few neighbours and make a night of it!... or come by yourself! Bring your own chairs, nibbles and alcoholic beverages.....and perhaps some insect spray!!! Soft drinks will be on sale during the evening. This Saturday Evening, Lincoln Green Park, 6:30pm

HAVE YOUR CHILD RIDE WITH SANTA Christmas eve is special for a number of reasons…one of the best reasons is that your child (12 and under) can ride through Forestdale on the especially prepared Christmas float. With an escort of Fire engines and police cars with sirens blaring, the ride has proven to very popular over the years. There are a number of places around Forestdale where your child can board. CAROLS IN THE PARK The Neighbourhood Watch is always looking at ways of making it easy for neighbor to meet neighbor and this year there will be an organized Carols in the Park. It’s going to be a great night. Bring along a blanket or chairs some nibbles and liquid refreshments and join with other Forestdale residents to help celebrate Christmas. Booklets of songs will be handed out on the night and music will be provided. Don’t forget your candles and torches!!! LINCOLN GREEN PARK 7:00PM

Mother Day, Queen of Thailand Birthday, Ceremony at the Wat Thai Buddharam temple from 10.00AM to 16:00PM (Click here for the Program). Prices (1 family pass for whale watching and 1 for Movie World) will be given to mother and child best dressed in Thai outfit and for the best story written by a child about her/his mother.
